This band measures 1/4" wide, 4.5 mm thick and 41" in length. It offers resistance from 2-15 lbs. This band provides our lowest level of resistance and is great for mobility work. This band should not be used as a pull up resistance band but rather for light mobility work as well as rehab and prehab.
