Returns:

• Returns are accepted up to 30 days after item has been received.

• All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee may increase based on item condition upon return receipt. 

• Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping.

• Product must be unused with all original parts/packaging.

• Buyer will not be reimbursed for original shipping costs. 

• Refund will be initiated after product is received and inspected. Please allow 1-3 business days for refund after item is received.

• If a damaged or used item is returned, a partial refund will be applied to reflect the damage/use or missing parts.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after item has been received.

• Product must be in original packaging and re-sellable condition for the exchange to be processed.

• ONLY unused items can be accepted.

• If a used item is sent back as an exchange, a restocking charge is applied to reflect the use/damage of the item. 

• Buyer is responsible for original item return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations:

• Buyer is only assessed a cancellation fee if the item has shipped.

• Cancellation fees include original shipping and return shipping charges.

• We try and ship most items within 24 hours. Please let us know ASAP

Damaged Goods: 

• Damaged goods must assessed and pictures taken and sent to us within 3 days of receipt
